This is an NHS website with information about different conditions which is regulated and uses credible sources.
Europe's largest community of people with diabetics. They have information on diabetes, but also a large forum for posting questions to all ages and people.

Diabetes:M - Free
This app allows you to track your BM measurements. It creates graphs and predicts your Hba1c. It can also track where you inject and BM test to show you where to rotate to next. It can also remind you to do BM measurements and to give insulin. You can then create reports and send them to your consultant before your appointments.
Diabetes UK tracker app - Free
Tracker your BM's, carbs, calories etc. Allows you to see daily averages and send reports to healthcare professionals. Also track how you are feeling and see how this affects your BM's.
Fooducate - Free
Allows you not only to see the carb amount of food but to also see the nutritional content. Scan barcodes to learn the good and bad in the food.
Glooko - Free
Allows you to upload BM readings straight off your BM machine (as long as it is compatible) saves you typing it in everytime.
Diabetic Audio Recipes - Free
Look up yummy recipes and find out how to cook them and their nutritional content. It allows you to add your own notes to recipes and hear them spoken aloud as you cook.
Endomondo - Free
A fitness app that allows you to track your exercise. When you go for a run or a walk it will track your movement. It will show you calories burnt, average speed and much more.
